of his ancestral home to be transformed into a magical winter wonderland.
Visit Santa's magical Winter Wonderland at Felchem Hall this festive season for an enchanted family
experience you and your loved ones will never forget! Open daily from 1st. to the 31st. of December
(excluding Christmas day) this fantastic event is sure to bring a smile to any child’s face as they are
enthralled by the sight of the many on-site rides and attractions. It’s guaranteed to be a day of
non-stop fun and adventure.
Step into a Christmas fantasy world where adorable characters and mischievous elves greet you
at your every turn as you make your way through the enchanted winter snow scene and
Christmas market, filled with wonderful festive gifts to buy your friends and family. Take a ride
on Santa’s miniature train, see real snow and don't miss Rudolph and Donner the real reindeer
from the North Pole, plus see the elves working hard to finish all the gifts and presents in time for
Christmas Eve in the Santa Claus Toy Factory. At the end of the journey children meet Father
Christmas and receive an exciting present** At only £35 per child this event represents great value

Terms and conditions
This event is suitable for families with children under 12 years. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. All rides, attractions,
amusements, transport systems (train) and other facilities must be used in accordance with the operator’s instructions. SS (Snuffington-Smith) Events accepts
no responsibility for any loss or damage however arising including distress, inconvenience or anxiety caused during the course of any ride or attraction. Use of
all attractions is entirely at your own risk. Gypsies, chavs, miscreants or scoundrels will not be permitted to enter the site under any circumstances. A small
surcharge of £10 will be added to the cost of every adult attending the event with a child. There is a £15 surcharge for families with more than 2 children. A
small charge of £18.49 is added to your initial order to cover the cost of credit card charges. £4 is added to every order as a booking fee. Car parking on site is
charged at £6 per car. Any adult entering the site without a child will be charged a child’s rate entry fee. We reserve the right to amend or cancel the event at
any time. Refunds cannot be given, Due to popular demand, waiting times for children wishing to meet Father Christmas may exceed eight hours. Please
remember that wild animals can be unpredictable and dangerous, therefore, we accept no liability for any animal injuries, such as Reindeer attacks etc. Please
note that the credentials of the Christmas elves and the various Santa characters and other on-site performers have not been verified, therefore we take no
responsibility for any of their actions. Please adhere to our dress code by wearing suitable attire when visiting the event, tracksuits and hoodies are not
permitted and we would prefer gentlemen to wear ties. ^if posted on time ** Subject to availability
