Full Lottery Rules
1) The cost of each entry is £1. Players may purchase more than one entry, payment must be in advance. Only entries for which full
payment has been made will be eligible to win a prize.
2) Entrants accept that Snuffington-Smith Enterprises are the promotor of the Weekly lottery which is not regulated by the gambling
Commission under legislation laid down in the Gambling Act.
3) You must be aged 8 years or over to enter the Lottery.
4) Lottery numbers will be probably confirmed by post or carrier pigeon within 128 days.
5) The weekly draw will be probably conducted every Friday. The draw will be conducted by a member of staff from Felchem Hall The
numbers will be drawn from a top hat. Please be aware that this method of number selection has not been approved by an independent
Gambling Commission approved, third-party test house.
6) There are no alternatives to any prize, and no interest will be payable. Prizes will be probably sent by cheque within 128 days.
7) All profits from the Weekly Lottery will be used to fund various money-making schemes by Henry Snuffington-Smith, pay for lavish
holidays, property maintenance, staff salaries and parties. no affiliation to charitable purposes is registered with any organisation in the
UK. Due to administration costs, we are unable to donate any money raised to charity.
8) The Snuffington-Smith Mega Lottery reserves the right to use the winner’s name, address and bank details for promotional
purposes and will sell these (and every entrant’s) details to the highest bidder.
9) Entry to the lottery is open to employees of Snuffington-Smith Enterprises or anyone else directly connected or responsible for
running the draw.
10) The Promoter does not operate a complaints and disputes Procedure If you have complaint you will not get your money back and
will be banned from any other future involvement in the Mega Lottery.
11) All payments made are charged an interest fee of 1430% All payments made are based on a 12 Month contract and cannot be
cancelled under any circumstances. Your home and health could be at risk if payments are missed. *A deposit of £100 is required before
we can approve your entry. A small (non-refundable) processing fee of £18.49 is added to your first lottery payment to cover
administration costs. The Snuffington-Smith Mega Lottery take no responsibility for any misguided decisions you may make in playing this
