Since the dawn of time, mankind has strived to perfect the ultimate tasting beer and wine. Now, thanks to our pioneering brewing techniques we think we have achieved the impossible. We’ve been producing award-winning, World-Class wines and premium beers using traditional techniques here at our brewery in the heart of Somerset since the summer of 2016. We only use the highest quality local ingredients for our delicious Melelot red wine and our famous Kack beer. We hope you enjoy our wonderful products as much as we enjoy making them. Melelot Red This sumptuous red wine is made the old fashioned way using traditional techniques, which we believe gives this delicious wine its unique earthy flavour. The grapes are carefully hand-picked and then crushed by the feet of our local workers. The resulting juice and pulp is then poured into old cider barrels where it is left to ferment for up to four months. After the fermentation process is complete, the wine is ready to be carefully bottled by hand ready for consumption. We are confident that our red wine is something that you have never experienced before; having a unique unpretentious taste, reminiscent of berries, oak and a slight aroma of French cheese.
