How to choose your cottage
We know how difficult it can be to find the perfect holiday
cottage. We've
therefore simplified the process to make your search much easier and
pleasurable.
The website is divided
into the various counties of the West Country, e.g. Cornwall, Devon, Somerset,
Dorset and Wiltshire. Each region is colour coded at the side of the page to
help you find it quickly and easily. If you are unsure which area you would
like to visit we have included a brief introduction to each area, highlighting
its key attractions and features.
Within each region the properties have been grouped according to their location,
making searching for properties near a particular attraction or town much
easier, enabling you to compare properties.
Property Information
Each property has a
description and a series of colour photographs of the interior and exterior. We
have tried to give as much information as possible as we know how important it
is to know exactly what the property has to offer before your visit and to make
your arrival and stay much more pleasurable. Each property description

How to book your holiday cottage
There are three ways you can book your chosen holiday
cottage:

1. Once we have received your booking request we will provide you with a
Booking Number. This is a unique reference number for your booking and should be
used on all communication with us. The property will then be reserved for you
for 5 working days, until we receive your booking form and deposit.
2. Complete a Booking Form. This should be printed from our website and
fax/posted to our office.
3. Where you are booking more that 6 weeks before the start date of your
holiday we require a deposit of half the rental. Full payment is required 6
weeks before the start date.
4. Payment can be made by cheque (payable to CosyBreaks Holiday Cottages), by
debit card (Switch/Maestro/Delta) or credit card (Visa/Mastercard). If you pay
the deposit by credit or debit card you can authorise us to take the balance on
the due date thereby making payment much easier. Once full payment is received
we will send you a confirmation letter, together with directions to the cottage
and contact information for the keys to the property.
